Three Ways to Lose Weight!

Everyone wants to lose weight. Even if we're already thin as can be, or a large as can be.

1: Exercise- This is one of the most important things that you can do to get into shape! Start by finding a nice place to work out, and by knowing where you want to lose weight on your body, ex: waist, chest, belly, etc. Now, I suggest you look up work out schedules to help keep track of how many days you work out and the number of work outs you do. Be creative!

2: Diet- It isn't just about the exercise! It's also about what you eat. So, candy, fried chicken, and other unhealthy greasy foods must be eliminated from your everyday diet. Just because you eat vegetables, it doesn't mean that they can't be seasoned! Make them tasty by seasoning them with the right sauce, and the right dry healthy seasonings! No excuses! Eat spinach in a rich tasty sauce, or lettuce in a cool salad with soy based products. Again, be creative!

3: Mindset- Keep it in your head, that you can lose weight and you will be healthy. Be safe, and stay kind, and good karma will come back to you.
